What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain process experiences that may feel "stuck." Sometimes, painful memories continue affecting how we feel, think, and respond long after the experience has passed.

Do I have to relive painful memories?

No. You never have to go into details you're not ready to share. We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Is EMDR only for Trauma?

No. While EMDR is highly effective for trauma, it can also help with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and other difficult life experiences.

What if I feel nervous trying EMDR?

That's completely normal. Many people feel nervous at first. We will talk throught the process, and I'll support you every step of the way.
