WHERE DO I START?
The first step would be to fill out a "Contact Form" and I will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up a free 15-minute consultation phone call.

The purpose of the consultation is to meet one another and to determine if we are the right fit for each other. We will have the opportunity to review the therapeutic process, discuss presenting concerns, and I will have the chance to answer any questions you may have.
WHAT IS NEXT?
If we both have determined during the consultation call that this is the right fit, an appointment for the first therapy session will be scheduled. Prior to your appointment, I will send paperwork electronically for you to fill out before our session.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A THERAPY SESSION
An integral part of the therapeutic journey is trust. Building trust is a process and I am here to provide that nonjudgmental space for you to process whatever it is that you need to process. The sessions are unique to you.
